The remote access telephone number is 877-317-4426. Enter your username and password just as you do when dialing in locally. This also works for DSL customers who wish to dial in and access their accounts when on the road using a modem. |

You can access your e-mail account using a web site. This is handy when on the road and can be accessed from most any PC connected to the Internet. Please be careful not to store or save your e-mail on any PC other then your own!! You can view, respond and send new e-mail from this web site using your account. There is no charge for the web based e-mail service. If you use the remote access telephone number listed above there will be the $0.15 per minute charge for that service. |
